Terms of Use

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The creation of any account and/or the placing of an order indicates an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse supply and/or close existing customer accounts.
  3. Beccy’s Place customers are responsible for keeping their account information up to date and safe. We do not accept any responsibility for delays / mistakes / missing orders / fraudulent orders if the information provided is incorrect or account details are unsecured.
  4. New accounts that are inactive for more than a month or established accounts that are inactive for 12 months or more may be closed without notice.
  5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  6. We accept direct deposit, credit card and PayPal payments. We do not offer credit accounts. Payment is required at the time of ordering.
  7. Most orders are processed and shipped from our Queensland location within three working days. Please account for processing and transit time when placing your order.
  8. Shipping is via Australia Post and costs are automatically calculated by total order weight. Orders will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. Beccy's Place accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items once they are shipped. Customer's can contact us prior to shipping if insurance is required, at an additional cost to the customer.
  9. International orders (anywhere outside of Australia) are shipped in the most economical way possible, using business sized envelopes. No tracking information and no insurance is provided. Shipping times can be up to four weeks. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us directly if tracking information, insurance or larger packaging is required. Extra costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping quotes can be supplied upon enquiry, or customers may use the Australia Post site to calculate their own shipping.
  10. Free shipping to any Australian location is offered on orders valued at more than AU$100.00. Free shipping discount will be applied at checkout.
  11. Order discrepancies or damaged goods must be reported within seven days. Products ordered in error may be returned at the cost of the customer for a store credit, provided the products are still in saleable condition. Products that are incorrectly supplied may be returned at our cost.
